4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their gas and electricity usage, contracts, and billing. You are responsible for ensuring that all documents and data provided are correct and up to date to allow for accurate advice and comparisons.

Utility Advice Manager offers advice and support based on the most current and available data from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee savings or outcomes. We are not liable for the performance of third-party utility providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

All information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering our services. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
